Shipping policy

THE OLD DOG LURES SHIPPING POLICY:

Orders (excluding polos, t-shirts and tank tops) are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt excluding public holidays and weekends.

We send all our domestic and international orders via Australia Post. Yes we ship internationally as well. Orders within Australia under $100.00 are charged a flat rate of $12.00. Free standard shipping is included for orders over $100. International orders shipping rate is totaled at check out. 

EXPRESS POST: This option is available at the check out on all domestic orders regardless of the value. Some items, such as Packs, may include free Australia Post Express Post however some postcodes within the Townsville and surrounding regions are not guaranteed by Australia Post and these items will not be sent via Australia Post Express Post.

FREE TRACKING: If you provide your email address we will send you free tracking notifications and so will Australia Post. We will not use this information to send unwanted emails. Please note you must agree to receiving marketing emails - we would never just assume you would like them. May we suggest you include your phone number as this also gives us another point of contact to add to your shipping label should we or Australia Post need to contact you about your parcel.
